From October 2022 to March 2023, six international chefs from JRE-Jeunes Restaurateurs will be guests at Le Terre Gourmet Restaurant.
Together with the Executive Chef Enzo Pettè they will create six exclusive four-handed dinners to discover new and eco-sustainable flavors of the territory.

On February 16th, Le Terre welcomes you to its metropolitan room to discover all the flavors of our land, in the company of international chefs. Enzo Pettè will be alongside Saša Began of the Foša Zara restaurant (Croatia), to bring the flavors of the territory in a unique and original key.
Flavors that originate in the peasant soul of Bergamo and Brescia, Capital of Culture 2023: the protagonist is a Casoncello revisited for the occasion.

Each evening will lead you to the discovery of a unique menu created by four hands, characterized by a sustainable vision of cuisine and local ingredients from the lands of Bergamo and Brescia: a tribute to the Italian Capital of Culture 2023. 6 International Chefs of the JRE association together with Enzo Pettè will interpret the products of our land in exclusive 5 course menus.
