From October 2022 to March 2023, six international chefs from JRE-Jeunes Restaurateurs will be guests at Le Terre Gourmet Restaurant.
Together with the Executive Chef Enzo Pettè they will create six exclusive four-handed dinners to discover new and eco-sustainable flavors of the territory.

Each evening will lead you to the discovery of a unique menu created by four hands, characterized by a sustainable vision of cuisine and local ingredients from the lands of Bergamo and Brescia: a tribute to the Italian Capital of Culture 2023. 6 International Chefs of the JRE association together with Enzo Pettè will interpret the products of our land in exclusive 5 course menus.

The Starry Dinners’ Calendar

Every month, from October 2022 until March 2023, the Executive Chef Enzo Pettè will host in his kitchen an International Chef from JRE-Jenues Restaurateurs:

  • 10 October Werner Croymans, from the Somm Restaurant – Netherlands
  • November 8 Rob Krawczyk, from the Chestnut Restaurant – Ireland
  • December 5th Borja Marrero Vazquez, of the Muxgo Restaurant – Spain
  • January 23 Grégory Doucey of the In-Fine Restaurant – France
  • February 16 Saša Began from the Foša Restaurant – Croatia
  • March 14 Antoine Guilmot of the Nowa Restaurant – Belgium

10 October Fine Dining

The JRE Chef Werner Cryomas of Sonn Restaurant (Uden, Netherlands) and the Executive Chef Enzo Pettè kick off the first Fine Dining on Monday 10 October with a four-handed menu that celebrates the arrival of autumn and its fruits grown in the province of Bergamo. Among the main ingredients of the evening there will be cold cuts and cheeses typical of the area, rice, mushrooms, pumpkins, trout, quail, eggs and seasonal fruit.
