An incredible journey in taste awaits you with the starry dinners made by our Executive Chef Enzo Petté together with 4 special guests of Italian cuisine.

All awarded with the Michelin Star, the Chefs present the elements that distinguish Life Source and its cuisine: an incredible opportunity to taste the Life Food Experience.





Le Terre Gourmet Restaurant starts the new year with four special events that will see as protagonists as many starred chefs guests in the kitchen of Enzo Pettè. Together they will experiment the Life Food Experience creating 4 themed evenings:
Friday, January 21 Vincenzo Martella presents Water,
Saturday, January 29 Anton Blaas presents Fire,
Tuesday, February 15 Felix Lo Basso presents Earth,
Wednesday, February 23 Ugo Alciati presents Air

Water-theme Starry Dinner (SOLD OUT)

For the first 4 handed dinner on Friday, January 21 with the theme Water, the starred chefs Enzo Pettè and Vincenzo Martella of the restaurant Linfa di San Giminiano have come up with a special menu: a journey of flavors that meets the aromas and sensations typical of Salento, hometown of the special guest chef of the evening.
Thanks to an in-depth gastronomic study and a careful selection of ingredients, the element of water will come to life in courses of excellence. Each dish can be accompanied by a selection of wines, that highlight every flavour.





Fire-theme Starry Dinner

The second stopover in our journey into taste of Starry Dinners take place on Saturday 29th of January, when our Executive Chef Enzo Pettè, together with the Michelin-Starred chef Anton Blass will bring the fire theme into life.
And this is precisely thanks to a skillful usage of different cooking methods that the fire becomes the protagonist of the evening. The menu will be focused on fine meats that will delight your palate. Each course can be accompanied by a selection of wines, designed to highlight every flavour.





Earth-theme Starry Dinner

The third stopover in our journey into taste of Starry Dinners take place on Tuesday 15th of February, when our Executive Chef Enzo Pettè, together with the Michelin-starred chef Felix Lo Basso will bring the earth theme into life.
The undoubtable protagonists of the dinner will be the varied raw ingredients made by our earth that will accompany you in a journey starting from our Italian magic coasts to the landscaping mountains: a special itinerary to discover the Italian earth.





Air-theme Starry Dinner

The last stopover in our journey into taste of Starry Dinners take place on Wednesday 23rd of February, when our Executive Chef Enzo Pettè, together with the Michelin-Starred chef Ugo Alciati will bring the air theme into life.
Soft clouds and fragranced airs will add new and incredible consistencies at the courses of the Starry Dinner, which will delight with your palate with lightness. A full menu to be discovered.
